The Environmental Protection Agency Storm Water Phase II amendment of the Clean Water Act is part of the tiered implementation strategy of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), intended to improve the quality of water.
US Foundry has a wide range of cast iron catch basins, grates and inlet covers permanently cast with several fish and manatee emblems and “DUMP NO WASTE, DRAINS TO …” messaging. US Foundry castings are an effective, low cost means to discourage illicit dumping. Unlike stenciled messages or other short-lived approaches, our environmentally friendly designs serve as an enduring directive against dumping. US Foundry is proud to play an active role in protecting water quality.
Your existing standards can also be customized with appropriate messages and images.
